  1  1    Amend House File 2077 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking everything after the enacting
  1  3 clause and inserting the following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  REPEAL.  Section 456A.22, Code 1995,
  1  5 is repealed."
  1  6    #2.  Title page, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "An Act repealing the
  1  8 prohibition on political activity by a member,
  1  9 officer, or employee of the natural resource
  1 10 commission."
