Amendment Text

PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5362, to House File 2477, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  Of the funds appropriated to the college
  1  6 student aid commission to be allocated for this
  1  7 program for each fiscal year, thirty-three and three-
  1  8 tenths percent shall be reserved for students
  1  9 attending the board of regents' institutions, thirty-
  1 10 three and four-tenths percent shall be reserved for
  1 11 students attending community colleges, and thirty-
  1 12 three and three-tenths percent shall be reserved for
  1 13 students attending private colleges and universities.
  1 14 Funds appropriated for this program shall be used to
  1 15 supplement, not supplant, funds appropriated for other
  1 16 existing programs at the eligible institutions."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering, relettering, and redesignating
  1 18 as necessary.
