  1  1    Amend House File 2472 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 26, by striking lines 7 and 8 and
  1  3 inserting the following:

  1  6    It is the intent of the general assembly that, of
  1  7 the moneys appropriated in this subsection, the
  1  8 department shall expend the amount necessary to
  1  9 provide the state match for adding twelve state
  1 10 troopers through the federal community-oriented
  1 11 policing services program."
