  1  1    Amend House File 2472 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  In addition to the funds appropriated in
  1  5 subsection 1, there is appropriated from the general
  1  6 fund of the state to the department of justice for the
  1  7 fiscal year beginning July 1, 1996, and ending June
  1  8 30, 1997, an amount not exceeding $170,000 to be used
  1  9 for administering the second injury fund as provided
  1 10 in chapter 85 but only to the extent that there are
  1 11 insufficient moneys in the fund to provide for the
  1 12 administration of the fund."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
