  1  5    #3.  Page 4, line 27, by inserting after the figure
  1  6 "523H.6," the following:  "subsection 1,".
  1  7    #4.  Page 4, by striking line 29.
  1  8    #5.  Page 6, lines 7 and 8, by striking the words
  1  9 "franchisee franchisor" and inserting the following:
  1 10 "franchisee".
  1 11    #6.  By striking page 6, line 30, through page 7,

  1 13    #7.  Page 8, by striking lines 5 and 6 and
  1 14 inserting the following:  "capricious when compared to
