  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5078, to the amendment, H-
  1  2 4229, to House File 258, as amended, passed, and
  1  3 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 4 through 9 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, by striking lines 13 through 15 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "b.  "Employee" means employee as defined in
  1  9 section 85.61 and includes the employer, and any chief
  1 10 executive officer, president, vice president,
  1 11 supervisor, manager, and officer of the employer.""
