1 4 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 41 the

1 7 inserting the following:
1 8 "c. An employer may require an employee, as a
1 9 condition of employment to undergo drug testing, if
1 10 the employer has provided substance abuse evaluation,
1 11 and treatment, if recommended by the evaluation, which
1 12 have been paid for in whole or in part by the employer
1 13 or its insurance carrier. The employee may be
1 14 required to undergo"."
