1 2 #1. Page 1, lines 6 and 7, by striking the words
1 3 "and any of the following applies" and inserting the
1 4 following: "and written consent is obtained from any
1 5 of the following persons, in order of priority stated,
1 6 if persons in prior classes are not available".
1 7 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 16 and
1 8 inserting the following:
1 9 "(1) The person designated as the attorney in fact
1 10 of the deceased person pursuant to chapter 144B, who
1 11 was acting as attorney in fact at the time of the
1 12 deceased person's death.
1 13 (2) The legal guardian of the deceased person at
1 14 the time of the deceased person's death.
1 15 (3) The spouse of the deceased person.
1 16 (4) An adult child of the deceased person.
1 17 (5) A parent of the deceased person.
1 18 (6) An adult sibling of the deceased person.
1 19 (7) Any other member of the deceased person's
1 20 family who is authorized to dispose of the body.
1 21 (8) The county medical examiner."
1 22 #3. Page 1, line 21, by inserting after the word
1 23 "consent" the following: "to performance of an HIV-
1 24 related test".
