PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-4145, to the Senate
  1  2 amendment, H-4033, to House File 519, as amended,
  1  3 passed, and reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 5, by striking lines 6 through 22 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 13, by striking lines 8 through 40 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "#   .  Page 15, by striking lines 30 through 35
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "penalty upon a habitual
  1 10 violator which shall not exceed twenty-five thousand
  1 11 dollars for each day the violation continues.  A
  1 12 person shall be classified as a habitual violator, if
  1 13 the person has committed three or more violations as
  1 14 described in this subsection prior to or after the
  1 15 effective date of this Act, and was subject to the
  1 16 assessment".""
