  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-4145, to the Senate
  1  2 amendment, H-4033, to House File 519, as amended,
  1  3 passed, and reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  By striking page 7, line 43, through page 8,
  1  5 line 3, and inserting the following:  "clear and
  1  6 convincing evidence that the animal feeding operation
  1  7 unreasonably and continuously interferes with a
  1  8 person's comfortable use and enjoyment of the person's
  1  9 life or property."
