  1  1    Amend House File 579 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 10, by striking lines 7 through 12 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "It is the intent of the
  1  4 general assembly that the department of management and
  1  5 the legislative fiscal bureau in conjunction with the
  1  6 state agency affected by this section to prepare
  1  7 recommendations concerning the application of this
  1  8 section to the general assembly not later than
  1  9 February 1, 1996."
