  1  1    Amend House File 577 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 9 through 16 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "objections to a subsequent
  1  4 annexation by a city if all or the major part of the
  1  5 district is located within two miles of the boundaries
  1  6 of a city."
  1  7    #2.  Page 4, line 4, by inserting after the words
  1  8 "parcels of land" the following:  ", all or the major
  1  9 part of which is".
  1 10    #3.  Page 12, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "if" the following:  "all or the major part of".
  1 12    #4.  Page 15, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "bonds," the following:  "including the power to enter
  1 14 into short-term loans and issue warrants,".
