  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-4081, to Senate File 481, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  By striking page 11, line 46, through page 12,
  1  5 line 4, and inserting the following:  "Notwithstanding
  1  6 section 321.191, the county treasurers in the six
  1  7 pilot project counties shall add an additional three-
  1  8 dollar fee to the cost of a motor vehicle license.
  1  9 This fee shall be paid by the licensee and shall be in
  1 10 addition to the fee imposed pursuant to section
  1 11 321.191.  This fee shall be retained by the county
  1 12 treasurer and shall be deposited in the county general
  1 13 fund."
