PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-4081, to Senate File 481, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 12, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  The department of education shall
  1  7 provide a report to the general assembly by January
  1  8 15, 1997, regarding the progress the department is
  1  9 making in implementing the motorcycle education course
  1 10 under section 321.189.  The report shall include an
  1 11 analysis of the availability of classroom space, the
  1 12 curriculum of the motorcycle education course that
  1 13 will be offered for persons under the age of 18 and
  1 14 for persons age 18 or above, and those organizations
  1 15 that will be offering the motorcycle education
  1 16 course."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
