1 1 Amend the amendment, H-4081, to Senate File 481, as
1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 7, by inserting after line 25 the
1 5 following:
1 6 "DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
1 7 Sec. . There is appropriated from the rebuild
1 8 Iowa infrastructure account of the state to the
1 9 department of economic development for the fiscal year
1 10 beginning July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996, the
1 11 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 12 to be used for the purpose designated:
1 13 For completion of the construction of the Northwood
1 14 welcome center:
1 15 .................................................. $ 300,000
1 16 Notwithstanding section 8.33, unencumbered or unobligated
1 17 funds remaining on June 30, 1997, from the funds appropriated
1 18 in this section, shall revert to the rebuild Iowa
1 19 infrastructure account of the state on August 31, 1997."
