  1  1    Amend House File 567 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 25, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "incurred." the following:  "The moratorium in this
  1  4 section shall not apply to projects which have been
  1  5 granted a hydroelectric license under subchapter 1 of
  1  6 the federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. } 791 et seq., by the
  1  7 federal energy regulatory commission as of the
  1  8 effective date of this Act."
