  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3985, to Senate File 481, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 5, line 36, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "devices." the following:  "Notwithstanding section
  1  6 321.191, the county treasurers in the six pilot
  1  7 project counties shall add an additional five-dollar
  1  8 fee to the cost of a motor vehicle license.  This fee
  1  9 shall be paid by the licensee and shall be in addition
  1 10 to the fee imposed pursuant to section 321.191.  This
  1 11 fee shall be in addition to the fees retained by the
  1 12 county treasurers under this subsection and shall be
  1 13 deposited in the county general fund."
