  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3498, to Senate File 266, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "The state university of Iowa hospitals shall not
  1  7 perform an abortion on a pregnant minor until
  1  8 notification is provided to a parent or guardian of
  1  9 the minor, unless a medical emergency exists."
