  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-3928, to House File
  1  2 471, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 38, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "process." the following:  "In conducting the study,
  1  6 the department shall also consult with faculty members
  1  7 with expertise in risk assessment who are from Iowa
  1  8 institutions of higher education which offer degree
  1  9 programs in criminology."
