  1  1    Amend Senate File 79, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  162.21  RABIES
  1  6 VACCINATIONS &endash; CERTIFICATION BY THE DEPARTMENT.
  1  7    The department shall adopt rules to provide that a
  1  8 commercial breeder or commercial kennel shall be
  1  9 certified to provide rabies vaccinations, upon
  1 10 conditions and terms required by the department."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting before the
  1 12 words "the transfer" the following:  "dogs and cats
  1 13 kept in facilities, and providing for".
