  1  6    #3.  Page 3, line 17, by inserting before the word
  1  7 "Of" the following:  "(1)".
  1  8    #4.  Page 3, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "(2)  Of the amount appropriated and the number of
  1 11 full-time equivalent positions allocated in this
  1 12 paragraph "a", $165,000 and 6.50 FTEs shall be used to
  1 13 provide that 13 part-time field office secretary I
  1 14 positions are made full-time positions."
