1 7 #3. Page 1, line 20, by inserting after the figure
1 8 "1995" the following: ", and shall be limited to
1 9 twenty-five thousand dollars in the aggregate,
1 10 notwithstanding any other provision of law. If the
1 11 amount of claims totals more than twenty-five thousand
1 12 dollars in the aggregate, the department of revenue
1 13 and finance shall prorate the twenty-five thousand
1 14 dollars among all claimants in relation to the amounts
