  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3851, to House File 512 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 15E.112, subsection 3, Code
  1  6 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    3.  Payments of interest, recaptures of awards, or
  1  8 repayments of moneys loaned under the value-added
  1  9 agricultural products and processes financial
  1 10 assistance program shall be deposited into the fund.
  1 11 Section 8.33 does not apply to any moneys in the fund.
  1 12 Unencumbered or unobligated moneys in the fund derived
  1 13 from moneys deposited pursuant to section 423.24,
  1 14 which are in excess of three million six hundred fifty
  1 15 thousand dollars of unencumbered or unobligated moneys
  1 16 in the fund deposited pursuant to that section, which
  1 17 are remaining on June 30 of each fiscal year, shall be
  1 18 credited on August 31 to the road use tax fund as
  1 19 created in section 312.1."
  1 20    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
