  1  1    Amend Senate File 436, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (14)  To a member of the Iowa
  1  6 house of representatives or the Iowa senate, if the
  1  7 member is asked to review the child abuse information
  1  8 by a resident of the member's district who is a
  1  9 subject of a child abuse report identified in
  1 10 paragraph "a" and the child abuse report is part of
  1 11 the child abuse information to be reviewed."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
