  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3294, to Senate File 93, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "chapter" the following:  "if the reversal or setting
  1  6 aside of the conviction is based upon a finding that
  1  7 the person did not commit the offense".
