  1  1    Amend Senate File 462 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  Medical assistance funding shall not be
  1  6 provided to a nursing facility licensed pursuant to
  1  7 chapter 135C, if the nursing facility segregates
  1  8 residents within the facility based upon source of
  1  9 payment of the resident's cost of care."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
