  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3610, to House File 518 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by striking lines 23 through 25 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "collected, a mechanism or
  1  5 fund for the deposit of funds collected pursuant to
  1  6 this section which is under the control of the board
  1  7 or other entity which is not a provider of local
  1  8 exchange services, and a mechanism for disbursement of
  1  9 support funds for the benefit of eligible subscribers
  1 10 to such subscriber's provider of".
