  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "inspection" the following:  ", and which would be
  1  4 discovered by a reasonably prudent person under like
  1  5 or similar circumstances".
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "(4)  Material adverse facts that are known to a
  1  9 person who conducts an inspection on behalf of the
  1 10 party."
