  1  1    Amend House File 518 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 7, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "plan" the following:  "which shall be for a period of
  1  4 at least three years but for no more than five years".
  1  5    #2.  Page 7, by striking lines 28 through 30 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "carrier's plan as a result
  1  7 of the review.
  1  8    10.  The board, at the expiration of the time
  1  9 period for a plan, shall conduct a hearing for review
  1 10 of the rates of the local exchange carrier pursuant to
  1 11 sections 476.3 and 476.6."
