  1  1    Amend House File 518 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "10.  The board, in determining whether to file a
  1  5 written complaint pursuant to subsection 6 or prior to
  1  6 reviewing a local exchange carrier's operation
  1  7 pursuant to subsection 9, may request that such
  1  8 carrier provide any information which the board deems
  1  9 necessary to make such determination or conduct such
  1 10 review.  The carrier shall provide the requested
  1 11 information upon receipt of the request from the
  1 12 board."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
