1 4 "Sec. . NEW SECTION. 204.4A PERSONAL
1 5 LIABILITY.
1 6 For purposes of reimbursing a county that has
1 7 acquired real estate containing an animal feeding
1 8 operation structure as defined in section 455B.161,
1 9 following the nonpayment of taxes pursuant to section
1 10 446.19, as provided in this chapter, all shareholders
1 11 of any corporation, partners of any partnership,
1 12 members of any limited liability company, limited
1 13 partners of any limited partnership, or beneficiaries
1 14 of any trust shall be liable for the entire costs of
1 15 removing and disposing of the manure from a manure
1 16 storage structure, as if they owned the animal feeding
1 17 operation personally, regardless of the amount of
1 18 interest that is held in the corporation, partnership,
1 19 limited liability company, limited partnership, or
1 20 trust."
