  1  2    #1.  Page 19, line 30, by striking the word "all".
  1  3    #2.  Page 19, line 34, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "expenses." the following:  "However, the plaintiff's
  1  5 liability to the defendant shall not be more than the
  1  6 same amount of all costs and expenses incurred by the
  1  7 plaintiff in bringing and maintaining the cause of
  1  8 action."
