1 2 #1. Page 7, by inserting after line 4 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . Section 232.52, subsection 2, paragraph
1 5 a, Code 1995, is amended by adding the following new
1 6 subparagraph:
1 7 NEW SUBPARAGRAPH. (5) The suspension of the motor
1 8 vehicle license or operating privilege of the child
1 9 for a period not to exceed one year. The order shall
1 10 state whether a work permit may or shall not be issued
1 11 to the child."
1 12 #2. Page 7, line 22, by inserting after the word
1 13 "system" the following: "and may also retain a copy
1 14 of the fingerprint card for comparison with latent
1 15 fingerprints and the identification of repeat
1 16 offenders".
1 17 #3. Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
1 18 word "including" the following: "authorizing the
1 19 suspension of the juvenile's motor vehicle license,
1 20 authorizing a criminal justice agency to retain a copy
1 21 of a juvenile's fingerprint card,".
1 22 #4. By renumbering and correcting internal
1 23 references as necessary.
