  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3327, to House File 166 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 17, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "(  )  An action necessary to protect environmental
  1  6 quality, including measures to preserve air and water
  1  7 quality, the disposal of solid or hazardous wastes,
  1  8 and the loss of soil from erosion."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
