  1  1    Amend House File 394 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  507B.15  MEDICAL
  1  5 MALPRACTICE POLICIES.
  1  6    A person shall not offer an insurance policy
  1  7 providing liability coverage for medical malpractice
  1  8 unless the policy provides coverage for all acts or
  1  9 omissions, which may constitute medical malpractice,
  1 10 which occur during the period the policy is in force."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "to" the following:  "medical malpractice
  1 13 including the coverage of medical malpractice
  1 14 liability insurance policies and".
