  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "notice" the following:  ", but not more than four
  1  4 tests shall be conducted in the twelve-month period
  1  5 following the employee's completion of substance abuse
  1  6 treatment and not more than two tests shall be
  1  7 conducted in the second twelve-month period following
  1  8 the employee's completion of substance abuse treat-
  1  9 ment".
