  1  1    Amend House File 230 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 26, by striking the words
  1  3 "broadcast music inc." and inserting the following:
  1  4 "BMI".
  1  5    #2.  Page 4, line 5, by striking the words
  1  6 "seventy-two hours" and inserting the following:
  1  7 "seven days".
  1  8    #3.  Page 4, by striking line 6 and inserting the
  1  9 following:  "contract.  The initial disclosure must be
  1 10 presented to the proprietor or the proprietor's
  1 11 representative in person by the copyright owner or the
  1 12 owner's representative or the performing rights
  1 13 society representative.  The initial disclosure shall
  1 14 include all of the".
  1 15    #4.  Page 5, line 4, by striking the words
  1 16 "seventy-two hours" and inserting the following:
  1 17 "seven days".
  1 18    #5.  Page 6, lines 26 and 27, by striking the words
  1 19 "with an intent to cause reliance" and inserting the
