  1  1    Amend House Joint Resolution 14 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 31 the

  1  4    "SEC.    .  The state shall fully fund all property
  1  5 tax credits which are in existence on the effective
  1  6 date of this Article within one year after this
  1  7 Article becomes effective."
