  1  1    Amend House Joint Resolution 14 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "governor;" the following:  "(   )  revenues committed
  1  4 by the General Assembly for the purpose of equipping
  1  5 schools, grades kindergarten through twelve, with the
  1  6 state of the art technology;".
  1  7    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
