1 1 Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 7, by inserting after line 14 the
1 4 following:
1 5 " . Concurrently with the return of the findings
1 6 on the issues submitted under subsection 5, the jury,
1 7 or the court if there is no jury, shall return special
1 8 verdicts as follows:
1 9 a. Which of the factor, or factors, enumerated in
1 10 section 902.12, has been unanimously found to have
1 11 been established beyond a reasonable doubt.
1 12 b. Which aggravating circumstances were
1 13 established and were considered in reaching the
1 14 verdict returned on the issue specified in subsection
1 15 5, paragraph "b".
1 16 c. Which mitigating circumstances were established
1 17 and were considered in reaching the verdict returned
1 18 on the issue specified in subsection 5, paragraph
1 19 "b"."
1 20 #2. Page 13, by inserting after line 8 the
1 21 following:
