  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  The victim was murdered within one hundred
  1  6 fifty feet of a medical clinic and the victim was
  1  7 either a medical services provider or a person seeking
  1  8 or receiving services from the clinic."
  1  9    #2.  By designating, redesignating, and correcting
  1 10 internal references as necessary.
