  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "(  )  Another defendant, who is equally culpable
  1  6 in the murder, will not receive or has not received a
  1  7 sentence of death for participation in the offense."
  1  8    #2.  By designating, redesignating, and correcting
  1  9 internal references as necessary.
