  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, line 24, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "misdemeanors." the following:  "The state may
  1  5 introduce evidence of the actual harm caused by the
  1  6 commission of the murder including, but not limited
  1  7 to, evidence relating to the life of the victim and
  1  8 the impact of the loss of the victim to the victim's
  1  9 family and society."
