  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 16, line 1, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "Act" the following:  "takes effect January 1, 1996,
  1  5 and".
  1  6    #2.  Page 16, lines 2 and 3, by striking the words
  1  7 "the effective date of this Act" and inserting the
  1  8 following:  "that date".
