1 8 correctional services or of a city or county jail who
1 9 was performing the victim's official duties or the
1 10 victim was an inmate of the institution, facility, or
1 11 jail and was killed on the grounds of the institution
1 12 facility, or jail, or the victim was present at such
1 13 an institution, facility, or jail with the knowledge
1 14 and consent of the chief administrative officer of the
1 15 institution, facility, or jail."
