  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1. Page 10, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  The murder was committed while inflicting
  1  6 torture upon the victim.  For purposes of this
  1  7 paragraph, "torture" means the infliction of extreme
  1  8 physical pain, without regard to the length of time
  1  9 that pain is inflicted."
  1 10    #2.  By numbering, renumbering, and correcting
  1 11 internal references as necessary.
