  1  1    Amend House File 126 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 523H.6, subsection 1,
  1  5 paragraphs a and b, Code 1995, are amended to read as
  1  6 follows:
  1  7    a.  A three-mile two-mile radius, using a straight
  1  8 line measurement, from the center of an already
  1  9 existing franchise.
  1 10    b.  A circular radius, using a straight line
  1 11 measurement, from an existing franchise business which
  1 12 comprises a population of thirty twenty thousand or
  1 13 greater."
  1 14    #2.  Page 4, line 33, by striking the figure
  1 15 "523H.6,".
  1 16    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
