Review the structure and function of the Department of Human Services (DHS) with the goal of improving services to Iowans. The Task Force should review and seek public input on the four "vision" documents developed by DHS; consult with providers and consumers who receive and use human services; and make proposals which address the departmental mission, organization, and service delivery.
