Administrative Rules Review Committee

(Section 17A.8, Iowa Code)

Committee Charge

Provide legislative oversight of powers and duties delegated to administrative agencies by reviewing administrative rules which have been proposed or are in effect. Provide an opportunity for the public to comment directly to legislators regarding issues and problems which involve administrative rules.
