7D.1  Membership.

The executive council shall consist of the:

1.  Governor.

2.  Secretary of state.

3.  Auditor of state.

4.  Treasurer of state.

5.  Secretary of agriculture.

A majority shall constitute a quorum. No deputy shall act on the council for the deputy's principal.
